Sans Souci offer our associates an excellent referral fee of £1000 when we successfully place a referred candidate on a permanent basis. Payment will be made when the candidate has completed 6 months with their new company.
We also offer a referral fee of £250 when we successfully place a referred candidate on a contract basis. Payment will be made when the candidate has completed their contract or within 3 months, whichever is sooner.

Our aim is to constantly keep our associates in work and engage with them and our clients to ensure there is a perfect match for each contract.
