• Did the agency/business ask your permission to send your CV to a Client? 
• Did the agency/business agree terms of engagement with you prior to progressing?
• Did the agency/business meet with you to obtain your ID or obtain this via other means?
• Did the agency/business let you know what the job role was and its location?
• Did the agency/business get back to you after you sent them your CV?

If you have been able to answer "NO" to any of these then the chances are that the agency/business you have been using are not conforming to the Conduct of Employment Agencies & Employment Businesses Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 or equivalent. It's time to use Sans Souci!
